Tenants may want to exchange because their home is too big, too small or they need to be living near relatives to provide or receive support. How does the scheme work?1. Register your interest. All exchanges are subject to the tenancy lettings panel receiving satisfactory references. Tenants who exchange properties will become subject the the tenancy agreement that exists on the property they are moving into.
