Major decisions about the running of the organisation are made by our Board of unpaid volunteers. Members are recruited from a wide cross-section of the community. They bring a range of skills and experience but share a common commitment to improving housing conditions. The Board consists of up to 15 members including up to 5 tenant representatives.
On a day-to-day basis the Association is managed by paid professional staff who are trained to deliver a wide range of services. All staff can be e-mailed by using the following formula: firstname_lastname@hardinghousing.org.uk
